“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “Its greatly improved in service and inventory. People don’t realize that this is a small mom and pop shop. This isn’t a major airport. Also people are assuming that car should be readily available all the time when in reality there is a limited supply. I never have had a problem in the last five years of renting from them either picking up or dropping off. I rent for work and, I keep coming here because of the fact that this is the only car rental place that I can drop off my personal car in the parking lot and know that it will be safe.”

“My flight ✈️ was delayed and the rental company at the airport was closed due to the big storm. By the time I got to this Avis the next day I was lucky to have met Yvette who was so sweet and was quickly able to process my information and get me into a car. I felt like she hit a new record..Very pleased with the service here and will be renting again.”
“We have rented a Tesla twice here recently. We are Tesla owners, so we know how they work. If you are not familiar with Tesla, there is a bit of a learning curve, so keep that in mind. Anyway, everyone was friendly and awesome. Peter helped me on the phone and in person. I was able to drop the car off after hours, which helped. I would not hesitate to rent here again. FYI- I got the car with 25% charge, so plan ahead since you might need 30 minutes at a Supercharger. The closest one is by Uncle Giuseppe's, a few miles away on 110. We have a Tesla charger at home, so we plugged into the wall. At a Supercharger, you will pay $5 for 50 miles give or take. I charged once to get from 25% to 90% on the Model 3 RWD which was 178 miles and it was $15. The rest we charged at home.”

Peter, the district manager answered the Deer Park phone when I called. He listened and assured he could find a replacement. He did, called it in, put my name and contract #on the key for Monday morning. On Monday I picked up with Matt, who was also terrific. Thank you to these guys who really helped me out!!
