Deposited a bank check from Apple Bank and was told funds will be available in 2 days. Got this email - After an in-depth review of the check deposit(s) you made on 02/16/2024 into your account ending in xxx, we believe there is an increased risk that the deposit may return based on confidential information that indicates the check may not be paid. Holding my money for 10 days now. Is Apple Bank going out of business? What confidential info do they have. If Apple Bank isn't going out, then they just lie to hold your money.

ATMs are almost always broken; usually 1 or 2 work at any given time.Capital One app won’t let me deposit specific checks otherwise I’d just do it through the app.

I’m looking to invest over 300,000 in CDs. The best rate offered right now is by Capital One. After reading the reviews I am so disappointed that the bank I would use, is rated so low due to rude staff, and long lines. After reading the reviews I have found that, I would need to travel off of Long Island for good customer service.Capital One needs to step up and improve customer service or raise the CDrates higher to make up for it.

Slowest bank ever. Takes 30-45 minutes every time to deposit a check. My other banks take 5 minutes. Don’t understand

How can you close all these branches. And then have a line for a teller. I use to use Smithtown and Brentwood branch. I went to Commack and there is a line 12 deep.

I hope this gets to the supervisor because today December 9th I went to this bank to get a cashier check and I asked a women named Anna to see if she can get someone that speak Spanish and she started laughing and making fun of me cause I didn’t know how to speak English and even the other cashiers were telling her to stop and I’m only writing this because I didn’t think it was professional and I don’t want any Hispanic person that comes to this bank to get made fun of for not being able to speak English. There was this one guy that actually was very nice and he was very helpful
