Horrible experience here. Manager Judhi tells me over the phone she can’t check item for me in store promising me they have 4 in stock. After driving 25 mins from Stonybrook to commack location the items are not at the location. Drove out of my way and received horrible customer service. Store is messsssyyy

This store is such a disgrace, there's more stuff out of place than where it should be. I don't think anyone ever works out on the floor...just horrible

I have have nothing against Burlington per say, but I can’t find anything which is unfortunate since they seem to have a fair selection.I do wish the store was neater. Sadly I blame a lot of that on their customers who probably don’t care.
