I stopped at your new car wash Jericho Turnpike at Commack, NY, purchased the Premium car wash, and the only instruction I receive was to stay in the car. No instruction was provided to put the car in the "neutral" gear shift. As the result, during the car wash process the car stopped, and I drove out of the washing tunnel. When I asked the attendant to repeat the cycle to was my car for what I have paid, he refused doing it and he was extremely rude. I will never again use this terrible service.

The dude behind the counter seemed to have a stick shoved up his ass sideways when I went to purchase a lighter so my friends and I could make a campfire in my friend's backyard. The guy asked for my driver's license(I'm 18 as of writing this) and asked what I planned to do with the lighter. When I answered, he asked "Are you sure?" in a very condescending tone.
Also, my friend claimed the cashier tried to double charge him for a soda.
Will not be going back to this place aside for gas or a car wash. If you desperately need a convenience store, Quickchek is a couple of minutes west down Jericho Turnpike.

I came to the store a few minutes ago..it's actually the second time today I went to the store because I wanted to buy some lottery scratch off tickets.. I was told to show my NY State id..which I had no problem doing.. the same cashier asked me how old I was ..I lifted up my hat to show him it's me. I was told to provide another form of id with my name on it. After I showed him it's me. And there was a gentleman behind me in line. So I asked the cashier does he do this to everyone..then he gave me my change and my id. I was a fan of bolla market I went to this store plenty of times. But after the way I was treated. I will never shop there and I will inform others to be aware.. it was rude and disgusting.. I was treated like I'm a wanted criminal and I clearly have a visible id with money... Making a simple purchase..

This Bolla location is relatively new with a clean convenience store and adjacent Car Wash that has external vacuum stalls for use.The staff are polite and friendly. The restroom is clean and available for customers if you require this access.Cash/Debit Card purchases are the same price per gallon as documented at the distribution pumps.The price per gallon for Credit Card purchases is listed currently at 10 cents higher at the pump.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! They never smile, never EVER say thank you. One guy ( usually there at nights and normally always Saturday nights, looks at you as much as you just committed a sex offense. He always has a look on his face like he's pissed off at the world... Not sure if he's able to speak, as I've never heard a word come out of his mouth.. I have seen better personalities on corpses lying in the coffin at their funeral.

There was a line of customers standing outside store while he was doing garbage outside he ignored all of us and continued to do the garbage he could have simply paused and dealt with the customers the garbage wasn't going anywhere so after 5 minutes of waiting I and 2 other cars just left.

Supposedly they are open till 11 PM but at 10:30pm the guy inside saw me walking to the door and he ran to lock the door and then run to the back to turn off all the lights. I will never come to this place ever again. Terrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone find a different gas station and avoid this place like the plague

Buying a bottle of water and the wrong price was posted. The price said 3.09 the guys rang me up 3.79. I showed him that they had the wrong price posted and he didn't change the price. No big deal enjoy your 70 cents.

Very rude attendant last night. Filled up for gas then went inside to purchase an item and the gentleman was very rude. He also yelled at a person behind me that walked in accidently w/o a mask. After I walked out, my wife went in because she wanted some power ball tickets. She placed a 20 on the counter asked for 4 tickets which will be 8 dollars. Then she walked over to get some chips came back to the counter the 20 was gone and the guy just looked at her? First off why did he touch the money before the purchase was complete? She told the guy you own me about 10 dollars and he said no you gave me a 10? Then pulled a 10 from the cash drawer and showed her. Really? I know she had the 20 because she took it out in the car and walked in. A complete scam and I will never go to this station again. Every time I go into this station the attendants are on the phone talking to a relative on speaker phone then seem to be annoyed that you want service.

Clean and new location. You do have to pump your own gas. Spacious parking, Landscaping is beautiful.
