I stopped in with a battery issue and felt helpless as i am not handy when it comes to cars. The two workers that helped me John F & Liz D were so helpful and hands on with identifying the issue and going the extra mile to make sure not only was it taken care of but in the correct way. I have never shopped at Autozone before but will go to this location anytime i am in need of car parts based on the expertise and knowledge these two wonderful employees had. They truly went the extra mile and i greatly thank them for that.

That Elizabeth girl, the manager, was very rude and condescending over something as ridiculous as the car Having to be running while scanning the computer. No need for a quick back story on myself.

Stopped in on 5/3/24. And I stopped in right before closing to pick up a headlight for my Camry and return an oil filter canister wrench. Ruth went above and beyond to help me out and stayed late to take care of me. She’s very sweet and caring. Can’t ask for better management. Thanks Ruth!

Great experience! Was able to get help from an employee right away as soon as I walked in! Helped me with a headlight bulb and a wiper blade for my car. Didn’t have to look up what aisle it was in. He even directed me to the products. Thanks again!

I needed new wiper blades and I was advised of the correct ones needed and pointed in the right direction, not only that but the manager Ruth came out and installed the new wipers for me. Great customer service, in and out. Always reliable.

Just went into store, headlight out, dealt with Barry, he determined which bulb was needed, had it installed in minutes. Thorough as well as being very nice! Great customer service!

WARNING ALL CUSTOMERS!!! The manager with the short hair and the piercings smells worse than behind a garbage truck i walked in and he asked if he can help me and the smell instantly hit my nose. It felt like a punch in the face from Iron Mike. I tried not to gag and couldn’t wait to step out for fresh air. Needless to say it is a massive turn off to go shopping and have such an offensive odor penetrate my nose. This isn’t the first time I have smelt this while walking into the store within the last week. After he assisted me I realized the expired smell is coming from him.

Went in to get a windshield wiper replacement. Young fellow looked at the catalog online, went out to my car, came back in, looked again and went out to car again. 20 minutes later, I said I'll bring it to my own mechanic and walked out. Meanwhile, the meddlesome assistant manager kept interrupting him and offered lots of mouth, little action. PS. The next day, I go to my regular mechanic and in less than five minutes had the blade replaced.

Went in to buy some coolant and oil and the short man with no teeth at the counter was really nasty to me for no reason , i was just asking what oil my car uses and where it was - the other taller chico with the longer hair is good and helpful - wont be coming back here ever again , seems like they dont even wwnt to be there very odd. Management should replace the employees with ones that want to work. What a dump!

Great customer service By Mike he went above and beyond to do what he could for me today, he referred me a part and made sure my car was up and running by the time he was done. (This is AutoZone not a mechanics shop) the problem was something he was confident he could fix with my battery and he sure did a great job. Thanks again Mike "Red Honda".

Worst place ever. Employee with the longer hair extremely rude, condescending and makes the rudest comments indirectly about whatever you are looking to buy. It was too much effort for himto look for something we were asking the other employee about. Left and went to advance auto parts where they werenice and helpful.

i went there a couple days ago in the night. there was this one white guy with a mullet that gave me and my friend a dirty look, like boy we didn’t do anything. i asked for help and boy sighed like if it was a big deal. i would’ve smacked the hell out of him. boy was eating snacks in the back while the manager was doing jack. then he gives me the wrong light talking about how THAT one is the one. i went and grabbed the light and he was looked sassy as heck. like WOW! i was gunna pull his pants down and beat him. anyways, bad service, close it down
