Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. We purchased the blue box. Months afterwards they sold the company and did not honor what they sold us. Then we had to purchase the gray box to do what the blue box was suppose to do but magically it didn't work either. Now it's monthly subscriptions and phone calls where they don't call you back for days. Who has time to deal with days waiting for phone calls?

I am not sure what toi say about the RAP product. The first vehicle we tried to reprogram the hard drive crashed and they have no idea what happened. I asked them if they would let me use a fellow shop owners RAP system at no charge to him or myself because of a FAILED RAP system they sent me. The answer was absolutely not. So we will try the system again but it is not looking promising at this point.

I work for European Automotive Service in Whitehouse Texas. I absolutely love this tool. I've used it on Jag's, BMWs, Land Rovers, Volvo's, Audi, Volkswagen , Mercedes and Sprinters. The Tech support is very fast, friendly and have always helped me figure out the problem. They have completely programed cars for me and the price is WELL worth the price.
