I shop in this store at least once a week. I have never been happy with them, but they are convenient. We'll today will be the last time I go there. I was buying some energy drinks, also asked the male behind the register if they had the macadamia cookie....he said I don't know, you have to look. I was also getting a large cup of ice and they tried to charge me $2.09. I have no problem paying a small fee for ice but that is out of control. I left everything and walked out. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Non of the hand sanitizers work. Coffee station is filthy and disorganised attendant stacking cookies while milk sugar and coffee is spilled with no room to pour a new cup
No soap and no napkins anywhere but at the register they keep the napkins
Possibly one of the worst 7-11 on Long Island
. The only good thing is the gas pumps that self operate

I visited this 7/11 to get gas. Went in and told the clerk put 10 dollars on pump 3. When I got to the pump , I realized that I was on pump 5 so I ran back in to tell the clerk that I made mistake to switch it to pump 5. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me to go to back 3, got in my car and went to pump 3 where I sat there pressing the bottom to pump where no gas was coming out. Ran back in and the rude make clerk told me you pumped gas, I repeated told this clerk I did not and that can you put it on so I can pump my 10 dollars of gas. Both female and male clerk were rude and nasty has I insisted I did not pump gas and asked them to review he camera. These idoits refused to refund my money and clerk told me that he did not have 10 dollars to give me basically calling me a liar . I have called corporate 711 and put in a complaint and was called back and told that are investigated this incident. There customer service in this store is a joke and both of these clerks were rude and did not help me at all. The male clerk is a crook and should be fired.

For the last 2 yrs I come to this 7-Eleven 2x a day 5 days a week since I work behind the store. I have never had a problem until today. I came in at 7:10am and there was no hot regular coffee. When I asked if they would make more the women just looked at me and kept working. so I went to get iced coffee and all 4 flavors were out. Then went to get a cold Starbucks coffee from the case and they didn’t have the double shot mocha or the regular mocha. I was forced to go to Starbucks, next door. On my lunch break at 12:45p I returned to get 2 Snapple’s and a extra large cup of ice so I can pour the Snapple into it, the women, I’ve never seen before today, wanted to charge me for a extra large fountain soda. There was no soda in my cup. If you want to charge me $1.00 for the ice I would except but not almost $4.00 at that point I can get a whole bag of ice. I told her I will not take it then. She got all mad and grabbed the cup away put it behind the register. Then repeated 5 times how much my total was, everytime I said scan and pay. She would say the price again and i scanned it. She was not in the right screen so nothing was happening. If she would just stop huffing and puffing maybe she would of hear me. Instead she’s looking at me like I was dumb. I am not sure if this stores owner is on vacation or he sold it, but I am very disappointed and upset I won’t be going there anymore.

Was just there and cashier was trying to be slick and put different code in register..code was.. "DblWlThrmoCupSel20oz".So I got charged $2.79 instead of $1.49..I really think it wasn't a mistake..probably does it to every customer

Manager Ali got extremely unprofessional with me today i work at pilgrim i come everyday I spotted these sandals advertised for 6.99 on the rack i grabbed 2 pairs i ring my things up i see 11.94 each. I asked him about it and he got aggravated with me told me that although it says 6.99 that isn’t the correct item that maybe i need glasses because in small letters on the tag it’s say aqua booster. never going back rather go to the 711 by brentwood now. Thanks ali!!!!

Stopped in twice because this 7-11 is directly next to the hotel I was staying at. Stopping in twice was more then enough. Rude and plain d**** I’ll be back to the hotel again in the very near future but will not be going back to this location.

Went this morning for French Vanilla Cappuccino from the machine - got home it's not French Vanilla. Large coffee $2.79 all other 7 elevens .99 cents. They offer to donate bananas if you purchase them but not a single employee knows how or to whom they are actually donated to. Won't be going back. Horrible, this store is a disappointment.

Usually goes to this store to by stuff, I work close by. I noticed that the counter Lady is kind of rude to customers and is always in a rush, like she is doing everything in the store (cleaning, counter, organizing store and more) when someone get in the store she gets upset because she have to stop other thing she is doing and go to the counter. I do noticed that sometimes she is by her self, if that is the case you need to get more employees.
