I often stop here before/after a river trip or while traveling to/from Albany. More options on ready-made food and an available restroom for customers would definitely make this location better.
5 Star staff though! Special kudos to Ashley for her friendly yet professional assistance. ?

Apparently a U.S. passport isn’t a legal form of I.D. Either Cumberland farms has a ridiculous company policy, or more likely the employee working the evening shift on 6/9/2023 decided to make our lives more difficult just because.

At peak times, this location can be very busy. Sometimes up to 5 or 6 people in line. However, overall, good as far as convenient stores go.

What can you say...it's a Cumberland Farms. But seriously, they do have really good iced and regular coffees at very reasonable prices. It's become a regular stop for me every time I'm driving on Route 9 on my way out of or back to Hudson. *Corona Note: they're now requiring masks while in the store...so be advised and come prepared.

The new girl Tiffany is a joke. She needs to be retrained on Customer Service. She stood around while a customer had to make his own coffee! Every time I come in The Bold coffee is ready. Not when she is working.

On vacation in the area, we stopped late on a Saturday night with a flat tire. Even though we didn't ask, the workers made sure we were doing ok and we we even got help from some local customers. Thanks!
