Walked in. Two registers open, no self serve, and two lines going down the aisles of people waiting to check out. I thought the horrible management and customer service posted all over the internet was hype. Thanks target for confirming the truth how horrible you are.

Third time I have visited and self checkout is closed. It's Saturday and it's closed, it's fun sitting in a line of 25 people for 3 items. Thanks, definitely missed the target there guys.

Dirty, aisles trash in, shelves empty & 1 lane open … so inferior compared to Niskayuna or North Greenbush this manager should be replaced.

Not sure whose idea it was to only have 1 register open and customers lined up all the way past cosmetics. Their front-end management is terrible.

This by far is the worst target I’ve ever been to as far as standing in line and waiting to check out. No matter what time of day I go, there’s typically only two lines open and at least six people waiting in each line. It’s been that way for months.

Infuriating experience. Saturday afternoon, self checkout closed, two registers open. Waited 33 minutes in line to check out. Surly employees after dealing with irate customers. Management here is setting the crews up to fail. Find a different Target to shop at.

This has to be the worst Target in a 100 mile radius. The place looks like a bomb went off in it. Understaffed or mismanaged, whatever the case it needs help!

This target has gone downhill considerably. the last time i went some hoodlums were breaking stuff and throwing toys then they started throwing toys at me. There was no security available when i went to the counter to have them thrown out of the store so the manager went with me to check what was happening. they need security here considering the location. other targets in the area are much nicer than this one

Open the self checkout lines!! Only one register open in the morning and zero self lines open. We need to be in and out without waiting in line please.

The gal who rang me up at checkout really wasn't the most congenial person and I don't know it just made me feel uncomfortable checking out and she was wasn't that friendly acting or smiley and kind of agitated acting. As opposed to when I went to Hannaford the checkout person was very friendly and smiley I mean nice smile and seemed very pleasant big difference!

I recently purchased a home appliance on sale at this Target. It was defective, so I attempted to return it. First thing that happened was that the associate argued with me about the credit card that I presented. She said I had not made the purchase with that card when I know I had simply because I only have one credit card. Then, they told me they could not do an exchange, but just a refund. But since I purchased the item on sale and the item was now back to full price, they would refund my money, but then I had to re-purchase the item at the higher price. I did finally get it sorted out, but it was way harder than it should’ve been. In addition, the housekeeping in this store is just terrible. The customer service area is so cluttered with carts and returned merchandise that you can barely walk. Anyway, I was very disappointed in this store, because it used to be nice. But the store itself, it’s a business practices, and the quality of its employees and customer service has gone really downhill.

Customer service sucks . Called this store 20 literal times and not one department picked up. Horrible horrible horrible
