This is the second hair appointment that I am having to try to recover the semblance of what my hair had looked like before they ignored my directions to put on 8N on my hair roots to cover the gray. Instead, they said I did not want that and that I wanted something else and put a much darker color on my hair roots, which is what both the manager and the training stylist had on their heads with shocks of color sticking out, not my style. Valentine a goddess of hair and all things but in some peroxide and 8N to my uber-dark roots. It helped and she was really great but I still ended up looking like Tony the Tiger because I pulled orange! Jasmine the manager said I'd probably have to come back and get some foils to blend it all in, why did I have to wait for that and why couldn't they do on the second fix?
Now we are up to appointment number 3 for those foils! That was last wednesday. Miss Jasmine the onsite manager had told me I needed to come back to have some foils put in to finish the damage recovery on the bad hair dye from the beginning of June when I got told that I did not in fact know what I wanted when I told them I wanted 8N dye put on my roots. OK, I am serious here. Everyman that comes in get ask what blade size they want on their cuts and they are trusted and expected to know it. I am a grown woman, an elder even, and I am trying to be a role model of how to do so looking good. This whole hair debacle has me down. So I am excited to get some foils because my hair lost its dimensions in all of this. A "few foils" become more than I have ever had and the amount of bleach put on my hair had me worrying about the clothing the I was wearing and whether it would survive....three bowls full. I was tired. How are a few foils to correct things taking 2 1/2 hours?!!! Then I was charged for them when I was told I had to have them to correct the debacle to my hair. Furthermore, I have 3-4 different accounts and my "points" have not been aggregated yet. So in total I have paid for this mistake "no you do not want the hair color for a root touch up that you say you do" $100 first visit, $50 second visit, $100 3rd visit. Are you kidding me? I have paid $250 and about 12-15 hrs of my time, which in my billable hours is 12-15 times my out of pocket expenses. In addition, I have walked around with pebbles and bamm bamm hair (phase 1), tony the tiger hair (phase 2), and now super bleach (phase 3). Worse of all, I have not even gotten a hair cut or blow out because I was told that would me $55 and I have no points and I am already paying for them them to fix this mess not maintain it. After 20 years, this is what I get. Thanks, Reba. Too bad you left the summer that my my mother died, my daughter turned 18 and graduated, and my dad, and my brother and his girlfriend were in the house and I looked like a louse.
Specialties: I had not requested any big specialties. I just wanted the roots to have the gray taken out and I as a full grown elder adult know what my hair needs are, but they were ignored. I am still dealing with the problem that the roots of my hair are still darker and look bizarre. There will need to be another fix. I have spent more time and money trying to fix this problem then I can even imagine Supercuts, please step up and fix this problem. You need to take another go with this Cheryl A
[email protected]. I look forward to hearing your solutions to this matter.
Stylist: Valentine had done my hair before and she is the bomb and likely the only other person that I would trust to try to fix my hair debacle. She put on 30% peroxide with some lifting it let it tip for a while and when all of a sudden done my hair was sort of homogeneouslyorange. This was the week of my daughter’s 18th birthday graduation and family reunion. I cried orange. This was the week of my daughters 18th birthday graduation and family reunion. I cried when I saw it.
