Wasted my time discussing pricing and tried getting me to send them my data for collection. Came back and said oh we don't give pricing to 3pls, well i've been a 3pl way before you even contacted me.Saia is trying to charge $120 for a construction site delivery when they told me they could lower to $40 which is the standard. Now they are threatening to charge me $5300 for not paying their overpriced accessorial fee. Never in 24 years have I come across an ltl carrier do this. Wish they never came looking for business as it was a waste of everyones time and now causing more wasted time and issues

Waisted 3 hours yesterday waiting for a shipment, was told I would get a phone call if anything changed. NO call, has not even left Texas. Its been days of just sitting.

Shipped late, missed several delivery dates with no notice, rescheduled delivery again with no notice, rude customer service personnel when I requested to be notified if anything else was going to delay my shipment. Do not use.

If your getting a home delivery plan on wasting a whole day make an appointment for 11 to 3 its 4 now called and was told maybe sometime between 5 an 8 so wasted my day sitting here waiting someone could of called to let me know
