“My IPAD Gen 6 battery died and Wizkid was able to fix it along with replacing a cracked screen. for a reasonable price. It was not an easy fix because they had problems getting the correct battery, I was pesky and they were very polite and respectful even though they were very busy. . I am happy that my IPad is working as good as new.”

“I needed to upgrade to 5G but was apprehensive about how painful the process might be. Turns out, no worries. It was seamless and got everything ported over to the new phone. Whole process took maybe a half hour at most and was painless, not painful. Based on my two experiences there (first was in 2021), I consider them very professional and very helpful, Highly recommended.”
“Great manager! Joe really went above and beyond for me. The only complaint is it was quite short staffed given it’s Xmas week. I waited 45’ before anyone was available to help me. Was there for 3.5 hours. Tedious process. That requires more staff to handle the volume at this time of year and on weekends, too.”

I went in in a complete anxiety, panic mode and Daquan assured me he would get everything fixed and get it all back! And he did 100% I can't thank him enough for his compassion and all of his help and his knowledge with getting it fixed”
“I had Verizon for 21 years and considered a switch to T-Mobile. Asaf worked w/ me to learn service options and helped find a least costly plan to meet my needs. While I was also going to visit Verizon to discuss lower costs, I decided not needed. Went w/ Asaf on plan and a new iPhone/iPad. Even switched (unplanned) from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch! Asaf knew his stuff—on products, plans, and financial options that best met my needs. AND was patient/kind as this senior gal asked tons of Qs! ? Icing on the cake—he set up all my new “toys” and gave me a tutorial on each new toy. Along the way, Nick and Brad also helped with the same excellent capability and patience! A super team! For those who hate buying both cars and tech stuff, can’t do better than T-Mobile Glenmont.”

“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“First called this location and spoke with Joe. He was very confident and sharp with his knowledge of my phone problem I was having and so I decided to visit. Joe was there and helped me sort out my issues and I was able to leave with a new working phone in a super quick time frame. This place had good reviews and I'd like to contribute in saying they did a great job for me too!
EDIT: Second visit months later to upgrade my wife's phone and we worked with Jordan, who loves Taco Bell and is getting married soon. She was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
Still highly recommend this place, even across two different people we worked with. Will come back for any phone needs for sure.”
