They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be recommending Wireless Hope going forward, as we have gone to other techs (Albany) who have completely messed up basic cell prompts in the past.”

Felt bad about coming into the store an hour before closing, but Darrius took care of my husband and I without feeling rushed & even stayed an extra 20 minutes for us. He even mentioned that my husband could get a brand new phone if he wanted to for practically free that day. “I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!”
“I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. Anytime I need help in the future, I'm coming here!”
“Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”

“Best Service from ATT!!!! Never go anywhere else!!! Both G Shaun and Chris were assisting two customers at a time to ensure the most efficient service for all who were waiting. This location offers the best service, they took such good care of my sister and I without even a commission or any type of benefit.I was working on getting a line transferred for over two weeks. I could go on and on about the troubles I had with ATT, however this experience made it all OK. I cannot stress enough, if you are in the capital region in Upstate NY and you need to find a good location to visit. You really need to go to Glenmont store!!!! Amazing Service!!!!”

“I experienced such poor service at the Clifton Park NY Verizon store location that I decided to switch to AT&T. But before doing so I decided to try going to the Latham NY Verizon location where I had received good service in the past. The difference was like night and day. Latham staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am now staying with Verizon but will NEVER return to the Clifton Park store.”

“The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”
“We recently went to the Spectrum store in Latham NY to get a new cell phone for my father. A young man named Omar helped us out. He explained the phone and the plan. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently and took the time to answer all our questions. He even went to the back to get a chair for my father, who walks with a cane and can’t stand for long periods of time. I have had negative customer service experiences with Spectrum in the past but Omar could not have been more kind and helpful. We are thankful to him for making the phone purchase a better experience than we were expecting!”
