Hannaford is great. Good food, good prices, friendly employees. We ordered a bunch of sandwich platters and wrap platters for a recent event and they were excellent.

Terrell made this grocery trip one to remember with his incredible kindness, knowledge, attention to detail and for going way above and beyond just so my boyfriend could have the perfect steak for dinner. He custom cut a 1” choice ribeye steak fresh for us, trimmed it and even posed for the attached picture before packaging it and personally walking out from behind the counter to present it to us. He is such a kind and passionate person and it was such a pleasure to meet him. He made something so mundane, truly special by just being the motivated and exceptional person he is. Hannaford is incredibly lucky to have him on their team.

No longer devoted to shopping at Hannaford. Produce is awful. I’ve purchased meat and it’s either spoiled when opened or spoils two days later. They never have items I need. Their rewards program is awful; have to wait months to use the rewards. Prices are outrageous. Coupons are awful. Cashiers rude; will not assist with bagging. New fan of Market32; love their 3X and 4X points program. Can use my points on gas or groceries and immediately. Always have all the items I need. Everything is fresh.

Many locations and excellent selection including organic, vegan and gluten free options. We mostly shop at Cairo NY, but often visit locations in the Albany neighborhood. We also utilize the shop online and pickup services which is extremely convenient for us since we live out of the area, too far for store delivery. We highly recommend shopping at Hannaford stores wherever you roam!
