The store employees are always very helpful as I shop here several times a week. I just said recently the pharmacy had improved until my 2 experiences this week. Josh in pharmacy is incredibly rude. The first time this week I asked a question about a products and he directed me to the front of the store. I tried to tell him it wasn’t there and he talked over me and said it was and walked away. The other employees of the store assured me it was not there. Today I showed up to pick up a prescription 15 minutes before they close your lunch. The prescription I thought was ready was not available. When I asked Josh to look into it, he told me he couldn’t because they were closing in 15 minutes and would not help me.. I needed to demand to speak to the manager in order to get any sort of results or support for my question. I don’t understand how you close 15 minutes before you actually close that makes no sense. Josh needs to improve his customer service skills.

The old woman at the Pharmacy is a racist. I was confused about the medication and asked her a question. Then she told me I was holding people up behind me and asked me to leave. Old lady, go to church, have a kind heart. Do not let your hate convert into karma passing to your offsprings. Amen.

Flu shot was great and then I went shopping buy one candy get one free it didn’t ring up right an associate came over to help me me he said it wasn’t the right item but there was a sale sign said it was and the he started slapping his id card and canceling my purchase and I didn’t even ask him to do that. He got annoyed with me and started to scan my items and I said I will do it . Meanwhile he was talking about me while I was still there to another associate. So rude ! I’m very upset about this . I have never had this happen since I’ve been coming to your store.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with, the absolute worst. Took me 2 weeks and 4 calls to find out my medication was on back order. In the 3 previous calls they told me it would be in the next delivery. I will not return to this pharmacy for anything, not even toothpaste. They are rude and unreliable. Who wants that in a pharmacy staff.

Check who they are billing for your prescriptions! Their pharmacy system diverts back to health insurance and does not save your prescription plan in their system. This often results in higher costs for medications that the customer shouldn’t be charged for.
This store told me there’s nothing they can do to permanently fix it and it will divert back to the insurance plan every time which is more expensive for the customer.
It’s already an overwhelmed store (as evident by them giving me my medication at a much higher dose than what was prescribed a few months ago…thankfully I caught it) So for the pharmacist to go in and manually have to change this info each time is insane. They should care enough to have their corporate offices fix this issue.

Dear CVS corporate leadership, please allow your pharmacists to have the flexibility to extend their lunch breaks if they are unable to go on lunch at 1:30pm due to customer service. We understand that at corporate level you have very little to no understanding of what happens in a "real" store. Retail is Inherently unpredictable and to have a set time for anything shows your lack of real world experience. This week, I went to pick up my med at right around 1:29pm and a simple 1 min transaction turned into a 6 to 8 mins long transaction, which frustrated your pharmacist, who was not very nice or engaging to begin with. She had also lost 1/3 of her lunch break. They rushed me out the door, which upset me very much. You at CVS corporate are at fault for putting in a policy that has little to do with how things actually happen in stores and which frustrates your already frustrated pharmacists. Your lack of knowledge about real world stores or carelessness is causing your pharmacy team frustrations and that is being felt by your customers. I will not be filling my prescriptions at cvs anymore nor will any of my family members.
