Although some things are out of stock at times, it does offer a variety of items at whole sale price. Their customer service is a bit slow and not the best but they are usually very friendly.”

“No frills, very basic, has some decent stuff like mugs and pots/pans. The aluminum pans are also pretty useful. Don't expect high end quality here, similar to Family Dollar/Dollar Tree quality. They do have around 3 full aisles of toys/games, that can be a pro or a con. But they might have something you need that you can't find anywhere else.”

“This is by far one of my favorite Costcos in NYC. Costco is meant for big families or businesses -- they sell things in bulk. This Costco is hard to get to if you are using public transportation, but who uses public transportation to go to Costco? The parking lot is exclusively for Costco customers so you do not have to pay. It does get packed during peak times (weekends and evenings). I've been told this Costco does not have as many options compared to other Costcos. Sure, it's not as big, but it's fine. There are plenty of options available. The format of this Costco is one of my favorite parts. You can smoothly check everything out before you reach the check-out center. I'm slightly biased only because I went to this location for at least 10+ years before the Rego Park location opened. The food court and the liquor store are also separate from Costco so you can go inside after shopping to get your food.”

Only recommendation I would say is if they add some kind of catalog to locate each item and where they are with respect to the huge store that would be helpful for customers to find what they need instead of looking for store associates, especially in the fridge section. Their store hours also could be extended after 4 pm, if posible, especially during winter, the day finishes by 4 pm most of the time.”
