Terrible, lazy and in general rude as fu4k employees! There's literally no reason to shop here unless it's out of necessity

There’s always just ONE cashier and the line is long. When you need something from the shelves that have locks on it and you press for assistance you have to wait literally 20 minutes and the stuff just looks at you and ignore you completely. Horrible service, I recommend if you have an emergency or are in a hurry to don’t even bother go there

Does not price match price to Walgreens.com even though their policy says as per customer request it would with regular price item. Did a curbside in store and still get my items canceled when they have a whole rack of it in store. Store manager want to charge me more to rebuy in store after I spent more than 1hr waiting for my curbside order. Poor customer service, reporting this to their site for a complaint! Will not shop here again!

Serious issues with covid safety. I was there today and had to walk out before making a purchase because of the large number of customers wearing their masks below their noses which of course is the same thing as not wearing a mask. I asked to speak to the manager and was shown to a man who likewise had his mask below his nose. And this is a drugstore where they are giving covid vaccines?????? I reported to the city and state. Utter disgrace.

The Spanish manager is a animal doesn't care about nothing. See people on line waiting to pay and doesn't open or call to open a register. He shouldn't be a store manager

I called up to inquire why I was given meds, both 2 inhalers, which were expiring in 6 months. Instead, the pharmacy staff condescendingly explain that I was given enough time to finish my medication. I questioned the explanation because to finish 200 puffs in 16 days every 4 hours is crazy! It was prescribed as needed too. She could't answer then started talking about the pandemic. You think you can explain, twist things and talked like you are talking to a child, almost scoldingly. Then to casually say you can alwAys get another prescription. I paid for those 2 inhalers and I will pay again to get a new prescription. Your staff members were also agitated with my clarifications and then you make it appear that I'm the agitated one and say things like "we are busy, we have customers waiting" as rudely explained by Sonia, one of the staff, who tried her best changing the narrative like I don't deserve a proper resolution. Just because their explanation was faulty and I was able to ask intelligent clarifications. Alternative truth is difficult to pull off. Madeline hanged on me prior to that saying, "let me know what you want do, then hung up! If you are truly genuine in the resolution, you would have waited for me to answer your offer instead of hanging up. A simple apology or a simple offer of genuine help in a respectful tone would have been enough. You gaslight customers and then you twist and manipulate it like the customer is the agitated one. Wow! I can't imagine how you are in real life! You are a disappointment and an embarrassment to Walgreens and other pharmacy workers who truly help.

Checked online for toner refill service. Representative Jean answered my call, said he didn't know what I was talking about. I asked why it was advertised on the website; he says this one doesn't have it. I asked if he could check for me. He said he CAN log onto the system to check but HE WONT CHECK because he's oh-so-freaking-busy! Ridiculous! WILL NEVER NEVER COME CALL OR BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

This location is smallish but they were the first mainstream business in College Point to sell ethnic beauty products (a plus from my perspective). Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. However- Great pharmacy; Phil is a great pharmacy tech who's retiring at the end of July 2018. I'll miss you, man! I was elated when they added FedEx drop-off. Staff is super helpful. When I was making copies of my dearly departed puppy, Rock, I was given (personal) quarters to feed the meter. Who does that? I was so touched by the thoughtfulness. I love my Walg

There is NEVER more than 1 person at the cash register. I like film photography, so I need to come to this Walgreens to develop my pictures and trust me when I say that I wait more than 40 minutes before someone can help me... yes they're nice but please hire more workers then. Actually I see workers around but they never go to the register to help. there's always a bigggg line and one register open.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far the worst Walgreens Ive ever been too. Firstly, I do not like shopping at Walgreens because they are over priced and have little to offer. Unfortunately, our Local Rite aid closed down as rent got too high and we got stuck with this piece of S*** pharmacy. I went in to get some acid reflux medicine and they had a lock on the merchandise, normal places you just go to the front register ask for the item and they go and get it out with the key. Here's the kicker, right next to the button they have a help button I clicked it and waited 5 minutes and then again and again. One guy tried to help but he did not have the right key. At this point I am waiting 20 mins with my 3 year old toddler and a poor elderly man, I was furious went to the front to ask for the general manager and the front clerk calls him over the speaker and this pathetic manager Gino was his name had the nerve to reply via speaker I am on break!!! What kind of a joke are you running who are you hiring? He then comes out and I have a few words with him and he has the nerve to answer back with attitude. Instead of apologizing for having us waiting so long to get an item, on-top of having to wait on that line because God forbid you hire more cashiers. Get you act together and get employees that actually care for the customers. A complete joke I tell ya. It sucks that we have no other place locally to shop pharmacy wise.
