0/5 stars for customer service. The owner is the worse and only harass the customers. Stop by another shop for any detailing or auto repair. He will overcharge you if you even step in this shop. Run away as far as possible the guy is a felon as well.

The truth is that the work did not leave me happy, many details of the washing that I did not like 2 cars I left to wash at 80 dollars each and the smell of marijuana and me and my daughters does not leave a good image

I have been to this shop for detailing my car the owner was disrespectful he was talking to me and talking on the phone funny I knew he was acting that to show me his a busy men and he told me the hi price. I did the same thing I ignore him and I drive away not to come back.

Researched this place online before deciding to come in. I am from out of state so this is my first car detailing service since I've been in NY. First thing is obviously get here early; if not early you will see a line of vehicles with blinkers waiting along the street side, so pull up behind them. The business was clean and well taken care of, and the walls were painted blue which was a nice simple color- I liked it. Customer service was good....when I initially pulled up a gentleman came out and asked me about my appointment, so that I was not left just sitting there- thank you sir. There is no designated parking, or parking lot- just pull behind the other vehicles waiting as previously mentioned. My car looked soooo soooo good. Coming here was definitely worth the travel and the wait. The owners are doing a great job with the integrity of the business. Keep up the good work; thank you again for a pleasant experience and YES I will be back!

Nothing short of outstanding work. I loved having Hydros so close but VIP is also solid. Dropped my Model 3 off as a walk in. Andy said 1 hour. Communication was absolutely perfect allowing me to go about my work while they worked on the car.Not only was the exterior a salt caked mess when it went in, I had fully neglected the interior. Crumbs, coffee stains, dye transfer on the seats. Just a mess.The car was done quickly and came out absolutely perfect. It looks brand new.I really appreciate the great work they did and will come back here any time I need cleaning in the future!Service: Full body wash

“Paying a premium priceGetting bad Service”Be careful when you get there and make sure the products and quality of the job you want for your car..I was there many times. And I’m disappointed every single time. This is my closest car wash. I like to give them business. But I think they don’t want to.

I had my car detailed here while I went away to LA for a week. The work was top notch my car was cleaned throughly and the owner even added paint to a deep scratch I had on my car. I would highly recommend this place for detail service of your car. 5 stars!

I got a paint correction on my black Mercedes and it came out great. Andy was upfront about what to expect and the cost. He got it done in a day and took his time making sure it was perfect before I picked it up. He also threw in a free interior cleaning. I def recommend!

I had an awesome experience at the car wash. It was my first time there. I happened to be in the area and tried to go to another car wash but they were closed so I ended up here. So glad I did because they did an amazing job on my car. Really took their time to clean every inch of the car inside and out. So happy with how it turned out. Definitely worth the money. Too bad I don't live in the area or I'll be here every other week.
