It is the worst post office in the entire United States, the employees are very aggressive and the manager does not solve anything for you, they always lose your packages with purchases that you have made the worst of the worst

Package was stuck here for a week "pending acceptance" that I paid priority shipping for. Didn't get the dress for my event in time and had to scramble last minute to find another one.

Slow Slow Slow.... whole time while I was at the window all the person did was speak on the cell phone the whole time slowing down the whole process what should have taken a few minutes took too many minutes that's the government for you

When you walk into a business and there's three windows with only one open and five people online, That tells you exactly what that business thinks of the customers. Too many times I have gone to this Post Office.And only one person is working the window and there's more than three people online. My suggestion is to go to whitestone and use that post office. The post office in college point should be closed.

3 weeks in a row this post office has delivered my packages to the wrong address I lost all packages because they couldn’t retrieve them all they can say is I’ll send the guy to try and get them back this place is insane they need better workers lost about $600 in packages because there so careless

THIS IS THE WOOOORST POST OFFICE EVER !!!! the Chinese woman and the Afro American woman are soooo Rude !!! They treated my brother very badly bewvsue he didn’t speak English and no one’s there speak Spanish. Most of the community at college point are Hispanics and most of them speak Spanish no English. What was the need to yell at my brother? And embarrassed him in front of everyone. They are racist towards Latinos!!!

I was in a rush and this post office was on my way.. first person who attended me refused the package because I decided to do ground so he made me redo my label. He gave me a label and said nothing. Second person said one of my letters was in script(it wasn’t!) and then the print out wasn’t what I usually see in my regular post office and she just gave me a feeling like my package was never going to be received so I cancelled the transaction. She made a hole in my box taking off a tiny bar code AND charged me $1 for the label and in the most rude way possible!! Never ever ever go into this place!! Worst customer service ever

Worthless service, lazy workers.I went to pick up a package this morning and the postal worker didn’t even look for it, told me to come back tomorrow, because she assumed it wasn’t there yet.

Unfortunately I have to come here frequently to ship out packages.. the workers are very rude and disrespectful even to elderly people. They always ask you to leave a survey for feedback but it’s useless they don’t care, nothing changes.
