“I've been Using this pharmacy for about 12 years. In this time I move twice, And no matter how far i move, I still go back to them. They treat myself and my family with kindness and respect. They make sure you understand the medications you're given. They happily answer any of you questions, clearly. They do the best they can in order to help all around. “It seems this pharmacy has a lot of connections with dermatologists offices (no idea why). From my experience, it's basically a pharmacy with delivery services. I don't even know if they have a storefront. I will say, I don't think they deliver themselves (they have a third party deliver). So far, from the pharmacy themselves....experience has been fine. Transactional but in the best way. I didn't love that when I had a delivery issue, I had to call the pharmacy, who had to call the courier service, and then the pharmacy got back to me. But I guess that's the name of the game.”

After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. “I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a few years to pick up prescriptions for my family, but I recently switched to this one for myself since my old pharmacy closed. My first time here for myself, my Dr. sent my prescriptions to the Flushing CVS instead of this one (my fault) and I only had to wait 10 minutes for my prescriptions to be ready at this location. The woman at the front was very kind as well. The CVS app is also very helpful. Highly recommend!”
