“Spectrum at the Queen's Mall is very convenient when I'm hanging out with my daughter. They have free WiFi and charging stations. If I need a new remote control for my TV I can get one while I'm here. I'm not happy about my huge internet and cable TV bills. I have had the service since it was Time Warner and it's hard to let go. I'm finally tired of watching the same shows over and over so I am exploring more channels. Plus the addition of Disney Plus has been great. I watched Summer of Soul and this week Hamilton. As for the internet I've never had outages and I certainly have enough speed for what I do. I'm giving this location and my current feeling about Spectrum 4 Stars. I'm sure I will probably be disenchanted when my year of internet and cable discounts $20 a month each ends!!”
