Unresponsive and disorganized. I tried to use them for tax prep but after a month of waiting (my documents were submitted) and numerous texts, calls, and emails I got no response.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. I provided my information a month ago and got an email saying "did they call you" and when I responded NO I still did not get a call lol. Its comical, similar to their business management . I wanted to support local business but was definitely disappointed.

Best place to get your taxes done. Carlos is extremely professional and knowledgable. There new driving school is great also, we've taken there 6 hour insurance/points deduction class and Carlos scheduled and drove my boyfriend to his motorcycle road test. Carlos is wonderful but so are the other workers as well, Interboro is hands down the best place in Queens.
