Usually I don't leave feedbacks, but this shop is just a nightmare. Came here because it was walking distance from home and Charlie was probably the nicest guy you can deal with.Bought my car 2021.3 CX5 for minor front end damage, looks like some very nice guy backed into my car and just took off. The shop said they replaced painted the engine hood, both headlights, repaired painted front bumper, painted both front fenders and some other stuffes.The paint job is just horrible. Specifically, on the front bumper they repaired, you can see many imperfections bubbles and looks like paint drippings. I know nothing about paint but you can easily tell the front end has been painted.Car was there for about 2weeks, it came back with maybe 15 new scratches on the exterior, most likely from them moving stuffes around that small shop. Maybe if the car was there for 1 month, you'll need the whole car painted? Car was around 26 months old at the time of the repair, now looks like 5 years old. Then the interior of the car was dirty, specifically all the seats. I understand they have to put taken off parts inside your car, but directly on top of beige color seats? How hard is it to put something like maybe paper towels on the seats before putting the dirty parts on. Now a lot of black stains on the seats thanks to then. Then maybe they left the window or door open, you can see a layer of white coating inside the car.Then at the end they did wash your car, but you can probably do a better job at home. First body shop I've been to that doesn't wash your car well or even wax it. Bought my car back again because 1. Headlights were aiming at overhead signs (and they said the headlights were properly adjusted)2. They sprayed something like paint on the interior of the windows, windshield which were impossible to get off3. The new scratches they made while the car was thereAfter getting my car back (in 1 day), there wasn't much difference. I guess that's the best they could do?1.They did lower the headlights a little, but it's still aiming at incoming drivers faces.2.The stuff they sprayed on the windshield and windows is still there, looks like all they did was cleaned the dashboard.3.The scratches they made were still there, looks like they just wiped it.My deductible was $500, they only charged me $250, but you know you need to spend the $250 elsewhere to have your car cleaned washed waxed and headlights adjusted. Thanks but never again.

Charlie is amazing, he's been taking care of all the cars in our family for years including more modern ones. I recently purchased a BMW x3 and got into a little fender. Within a week, Charlie had the parts ordered, paint matched and we were back on the road in no time.

Went to Golden after an ambulance side swiped my car. Charlie and his crew were very professional. Although the place was crowded with cars, he was able to fit me in, and did an excellent job with paint matching and finding oem parts. Thanks for making the experience pain free.
