“The team at Bianca (Allen, Helen and Lisa) were all so helpful during the engagement ring process. They were so patient with us. They worked with our budget and helped educate us on diamond grading and ring designs so we could customize our ring. After we selected the design, they coordinated execution with my boyfriend so the proposal was a surprise 5 months later. The ring is beautiful! It looks so much better than I imagined and the craftsmanship is immaculate. They even resized it at no additional charge after the proposal due to weather impacting my finger size. The process was very smooth, thanks to their customer service!”

“It was an absolute PLEASURE working with Lauren Austin from ADA Diamonds! From the start, even though she had taken over our first contact person at ADA, she introduced herself with such a friendly attitude and was very comprehensive in explaining the whole process to my partner and I. I usually feel very anxious and intimidated when meeting with people over video calls, but she quickly made me feel very comfortable and kept the conversation very open and supportive in helping me find my dream engagement ring. When my partner and I came in for our first appointment, we were greeted by nothing less of smiles and positivity and honesty, as well as delicious welcome drinks! Lauren truly made us feel at home and didn’t make me feel persuaded in any way. She definitely showed that she cared the most about me being in love with the diamond that I chose and not feel like I was being sold on something based on price. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to listen to my requests!After I chose my diamond and ring style, I let Lauren and my (now finance) take the reigns on finishing up the ring and can proudly say I am happily engaged with the perfect ring and perfect guy :) thanks so much Lauren!”

“Rented a hanbok with my sister for New Years this year and was blown away with the selection, quality and overall experience. The owner hand makes each piece and so every piece is unique and special. I loved the modern styles and the ones made with colors that you don’t typically see elsewhere. “There aren’t enough good things to say here! I brought my wedding dress in to be hemmed and knew it would be slightly tricky because it had to be brought up from the waist, due to a ton of beading at the bottom. Her understanding of what needed to be done and suggestions on additional modifications (like bringing up the shoulders) were flawless. My dress fit perfectly when I picked it up. She was able to meet my timeline even though it was a quick turnaround and her pricing was fair. 10/10 would recommend to any bride who needs adjustments to their dress. You are in great hands. (Before / during / after pics too!)”

“We used The Hanbok for multiple services for our wedding - pyebaek ceremony, custom hanbok orders, and rentals for family members. Everything turned out so beautifully! The quality and colors of the fabric and garment construction are amazing. Jasmine and her team did a great job throughout the whole process for fittings and selections. The Hanbok team helped us change into and out of our outfits and provided explanations to the guests during the pyebaek and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved the ceremony and we are so glad that we were able to incorporate this tradition during our wedding day!”

“Honestly they saved my birthday . From the owners to the younger workers, it was such a pleasant experience. I came across them just from Google, I was searching for somewhere to get a dress quickly because the person that was making my dress wasn’t doing a good job at all. I found a dress here within minutes. I needed two rounds of alterations but I just picked up the dress , three days before my big day and the owner wanted to make sure she was there to ensure I loved the dress . From my first meeting with them to the text they sent us the morning of the wedding, the whole experience was amazing. I am a short, curvy gal who was having a 50’s romantic (think Sinatra) wedding and they embraced every element of that and my not-so-small personality.
