Dave, the proprietor, and Mark the manager at the front desk are very receptive, kind, and truly listen to their customers. The atmosphere created by the entire staff, including Dave’s compassionate and welcoming wife is that of a family. I have a 14-year-old vehicle and an 11 year vehicle. They both run smoothly and are on the road 12 months a year because of the expertise of Bauer Automotive. I cannot recommend them enough. Anyone I have referred Bauer Automotive to have thank me profusely because of the positive experience they had and the way their vehicle runs after having been there.”

“I had my truck break down last minute right out front of the Monroe Muffler in Springville. I walked in and asked if there was anything they could do to help and they totally saved my day! They worked on my truck in the parking lot and got it to their shop, and even offered a ride home after they closed up shop! Not only a good establishment but great people through and through!!!!!!”

“Pep Boys's services are always priced reasonably. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On 2/29/24, I dropped my car off for a state inspection and oil change. I like the text option where you can download your vehicle report.Within a few minutes of downloading the report, a tech called me to go over repairs. They had all parts (tires, brakes) and had the work done same day. They have flexible hours and often have deals and coupons on their website. They reset my oil life and replaced the inspection sticker. My cars sounds 100% better. Very pleased ?”
