“Stopped here on a trip upstate to pick up two bottles. Walked out with a case (and saved too!). This proprietors knowledge, selection of Italian and French wines and prices are a great find. Do yourself a favor and make a trip here. It's one of (if not "the") longest continuously open wine stores in New York state. They have the state retail licenses to prove it.”

“Popped in for a quick look to see what bourbons they had that we can't get at home in VA. This is a smallish shop but they carry a wide selection of top notch bourbons. I told them that I like Smoke Wagon and (I'm assuming) the owner ran to the back room and came back with a very limited bottle that I'd never seen in the wild. That's exceptional service! In addition, all customers that came in while I was there were treated with respect and left happy with what they wanted. Highly recommend this shop!”

“I wandered into Yannitelli Liquors just minutes after our train pulled into the very charming town of Cold Spring, New York. We were there for a few days on a bit of an AirBnB retreat. Don was immediately friendly and helpful and so was the rest of the staff. He suggested a great local wine as well as a couple of reds and a Riesling - all of which were exceptional. Then, get this - I mentioned to Don that we were waiting for our Lyft and he said that we'd be waiting a while because Lyft just recently came to Cold Spring and if we needed a ride he could take us in his truck. What?! I live in NYC so I was like are people really like this?! When the Lyft (finally) came it could only take half our party so we took a chance and asked Don if he minded and he totally took us to our AirBnB! A man of his word! On the way there he regaled us with stories and gave us further recommendations of what to do with our time there. He even knew the people who owned our AIrBnb because Cold Spring is a small town and he's lived there his whole life. Amazing. What a way to start what turned out to be a wonderful five days. Cannot recommend Don and his business enough. Will for sure be back!”
