“I find the staff excellent. They are always ready to help with my Harmon Pellet Stove. I have owned the stove for about 10 years and do the cleanings and most maintenance myself. They are always ready to give advice on how to fix or clean the stove. In all the years I have only needed one service call and that went very well. I recommend them to all my friends and plan to purchase my next stove from them. If you want quality they are the place to go, if you want cheap you may want to go some where else ... which personally I think you will regret in the long run.”
