“Have been going up to Livingston Manor for years and my first stop is always Old Souls! The service there is excellent and they have a wide variety. I can’t say enough about Mike Kaplan he is without a doubt the nicest most accommodating sales person I’ve ever met! He always remembers me and his service is superb. I live in Manhattan w my husband and we go up there every season of the year so he can go fly fishing. I formerly worked in the fashion industry so I can recognize great quality in clothing but they have so much more to offer - my 2 daughters also shop there when they come up - so so happy we found them years ago!”
“Love this store! Perfect place to find a unique baby shower gift- and Karen (the owner) is super helpful with finding just the perfect presents for the baby and parents to be. She also has an amazing collection of kids clothes. And it’s right on the main st of Cornwall so super easy to check out the other shops too!”

Very clean store, unique merchandizes, great customer service and love that the street closed off to cars, you can walk around on the street and enjoy the great restaurants near by. They have plenty of street parking and they are always are adding new items.”

“I only pop in once and a while, this place used to have good deals and a large variety of interesting clothes. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case any more. They had for instance one shelf with one color of sweatshirts and although they had my size it was not heavy enough to keep me warm. It was almost as thick as a t shirt. I was trying to find a good deal but it was almost 49 dollars. Maybe it was a bad time for them, maybe they had a sale or something, but i walked in and in 15 minutes literally walked out empty handed. Disappointed because they didn't have what i needed but also because i felt like certain people looked at me and treated me as a nuisance for asking for help. Well if the store was organized properly and clothes folded, with the proper prices displayed then maybe i wouldnt have needed help finding the one shelf with one sweatshirt in stock. If it was on sale like it was supposed to be i might have bought it. Oh well, i honestly get it. People dont want to work. They act as if its beneath them. They want to get paid to stand there watching videos on youtube. If i ask them for help, no matter how friendly i am, im creating work, hence the problem. I think Walmart will be my go to for my next purchase.”

“This store was SO cute! It had the nicest assortment of clothes, accessories, and home goods, and I wish I had more time to browse! It's the perfect place to find unique gifts for all kinds of people. Just note, they have a $10 card minimum - there is so much variety that it's not hard to meet this minimum, but I was in a hurry to catch the train and unfortunately didn't have time to find more to buy when they told me about the minimum at the register. Luckily, they also have an amazing online store, so I'm sure I'll make a purchase there!”
