Estimate and Schedule to Complete are accurate The Customer Service and Dan greeted me and treated my repairs as if I was valued customer. The Facility is well equipped looks very Corporate and clean with a Family atmosphere. I was able to voice my concerns to Dan and he delivered plus some extras. He provided pictures from previous unknown damage while the car was being repaired. “I wish I lived in Fishkill, NY so I could get my car serviced at NTC all the time. Earlier this month my husband and I had started our annual trek from NH to FL, where we stay for much of the winter. We exited the highway to get gas, hoping we could get to the gas cap since it’s door had been seriously bent in the evening before . With incredible good fortune, we passed an autobody shop on the way to the gas station. Odds were against getting help without an appointment, but we took a chance and turned in anyway. Not only was the door fixed immediately, but with a smile and a hand wave of “no charge.” Such genuine caring is not commonly found. We were able to fill up the tank many times on our journey, and each time we felt gratitude for the kind, skilled, and generous man at NTC Auto Body that made our trip possible.”

“This is definitely a place to take your car to. They are worth the price. We had just brought a used white Toyota. I had taken it to many places around who wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to clean the inside and fix chipping paint. They could have charged me just like everyone else ( by the time I went to them, I was willing to pay whatever). They told me a price and then he told me he would not touch my car until I called Toyota because he felt that the paint on the car they would fix ( he was right!!!) They are honest people who do very good work. I took the car back for them to do the inside. Best place ever. Your car is in good hands when you take your car here. Worth every penny.”

“Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). Only thing I’ll say is he could have been a bit more polite/patient with me on our last phone call…. But despite that he did a good job and I would recommend his shop. Thanks!..”

Before I was even a customer, John spent 20 minutes on the phone with me (at the end of the business day) explaining step by step the what to expect with all the steps involved in filing a claim, estimate, repairs and coordination with a car rental. This plus a friend's recommendation convinced me this was the shop I wanted get my repairs done.
Stanco's coordinated the supplement with the insurance to ensure the necessary work for my driver's side door and panels were done correctly. Very happy with the finished work.
And while an Auto Body shop isn't somewhere I want to revisit, it's good to know there is one I can trust both the honesty and quality of their work.”
