“Store 5362 has such a nice , happy helpful and efficient group of employees. I stand there in awe of how easily they all do their job so well. They go out of their way to make sure they take care of you. It's not just for returning amazon. My husband had trouble scanning something and I couldn't print a newsday article. “I had to fax some important documents. The young man behind the counter was too busy with his project despite seeing myself and another woman waiting. Howard helped me fax my documents and waited with me until I received the confirmation. He was friendly, helpful, and is definitely an asset to the company. Very appreciative for his help, and I'd go back to this location again because of him! My one complaint isn't the employees fault...it cost me almost $20 to fax 9 papers! I was assuming $10-11, but $20 was mind blowing! Not the employees fault, but definitely something to note if you have several documents you need to submit.”
