I recently moved to the area and was thrilled to find this lovely organic salon. I only use organic hair color and was concerned that I would not find another salon to handle my color and curly hair. I called Colors, easily made an appointment and met Joy, Linda and Stephanie. The staff is warm and welcoming. I could not be happier with the services I use- cut, color and highlights. This was my first visit to Colors in Cold Spring Harbor. There is easy parking in the back of this quaint shop. Krystal made me feel comfortable as we discussed organic products to color my thinning and weak hair. She also cut and styled my hair to look fuller and more healthy. Always consistent, always very pleasant. I personally go to Joy to cut my hair ,and have been going to her for years now ( she does amazing curly cuts!) But everyone there is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Worth every penny.

All of the ladies at Colors were lovely. My kids went with me and they had a nice spot to sit by a window where customers and employees chatted with them. Joy, who did my first curly cut, was a dream. She was kind, complimentary and knowledgeable. My hair changed texture after my son was born, and she gave me a balanced cut and tips for product application that left my curly hair without frizz.

Joy, my hair stylist is amazing. She totally knows how to shape and cut curly hair. My hair before, was out of control, no style and I felt like cutting it all off.Joy totally transformed my hair and I love it. She took her time, cut each curl , washed,.placed product and styled it and the result was what I have wanted for a long time. A really cute place in a beautiful location is a plus for this salon. Loved the stylist Joy who was recommended by a friend as someone who knows how to cut curly hair. She was not wrong. Joy was amazing, she was successful in giving a shape to my mop of curly hair. She did a dry cut, took her time, very patient with my hair. Also got an amazing blow out from Joy. Totally recommend her and Colors of Cold Spring Harbor!

A very cute and quaint salon where I always feel welcome and taken care of. I usually get the curly cut, wash, & style with Joy. She nails it every time! Although I haven't worked with anyone else, they are all so friendly & wonderful! I'm happy to have found my home salon here at Colors of Cold Spring Harbor.
