“Tried Cannon Collision due to the stellar reviews I saw on Google. I was not disappointed. From the start, I was given a choice on the repair of my 2017 vehicle - they could bang out the dents and replace only what needed to be replaced, or they could change entire Quarter panel which was one long piece extending over the windows down the front door column. The price difference was significant but Joe told me it really wasn't necessary to replace it - the labor cost for the replacement was much higher b/c of all the welded points that had to be removed and then rewelded. There was no damage to the existing welds so it wasn't really needed. I did not get such a choice from the local competitor, whom I went to first. It wasn't just the honesty that prompts this review, however. The work that was done was beautiful. Paint matched to a tee. I appreciated the recommendation that we check to make sure we didn't have a bent rim (I did not originally notice the damage to the wheel) particularly given the minimal cost to do that and have it powder coated as well. Looks as good as knew. They even attempted to save the parking sticker for the bumper which I found adhered to a piece of cardboard in the glove box. It was not necessary (and we really couldn't use it) but it was a nice gesture all the same. The office is very pleasant and the staff (Joe, Marla and Paul) were all wonderful. It was like my neighbor was fixing my car. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this location without reservation”
“I came into the shop with transmission problems and unfortunately the worst case scenario, a total redo of my tranny. Knowing I was from out of state and distraught, he prioritized my truck which told me the owner cared about my well being and truly it just made me feel great that he sympathize with my situation. The owner Robert was there to greet, manage the front end process, keep me informed and at the end to provide me with the green light my truck was good as new. The price was in line with others but the financing options with the warranties along with the amazing customer service, was what it easy for me to say let’s get this fixed. Highly recommend this shop and they have surely earned my respect and business!”

“Excellent customer service! Called at 1:30 PM on a Saturday to see if they could fit in an oil change for one car and a NYS inspection for another. They told me to bring them right in and had everything done by 3 PM. Most places are closed on weekends, but they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. I’ll definitely be back!”
