I've done a lot with vinyl lettering over the years, from lettering my vehicles, to signage on commercial properties that I managed, and Cam at Vital Sign & Graphics took it to new level.I had some vinyls done for my new van, and my wife's car, and Cam was more than happy and able to re-size my .ai files as needed to fit the new van perfectly. And when I (naturally) had an incident with the installation of one of the letters, Cam and Jamie immediately cut my a new letter and then installed it so that I wouldn't mess it up again. :)Very personal service, very nice guys. Just know that they are BUSY, so your project may take a bit of time. But that's OK, quality (and buying local) is worth it!Five stars, and highly recommended!

I work for a dealership in Albany and have been using different places for vinyl wrapping for vehicles when needed. I used this establishment for the first time cause they would squeeze me in as well as being competitively priced. The work they did exceeded others I’ve used and I will be using them in the future. I’m not one to leave reviews normally but change is good. 5 stars for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vital Sign and Graphics and I couldn't be happier with the full color banner they made for me on vinyl. The team at Vital Sign was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. The final product exceeded my expectations and was truly amazing. The full color graphics were vibrant and the vinyl material was of high quality. I highly recommend Vital Sign and Graphics for anyone in need of custom signage. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

They have helped with many business signs and product labels for our small business. The personal service and design help has always been great and appreciated. Quality of the products and materials is always excellent, work is done on time as promised, and prices seem very fair. I also really like doing business local in the Albany, NY area with a family-owned company like Vital Sign. Highly recommend!

I have been using Vital Sign as our sign company for over 5 years and they have been extremely responsive and helpful in transforming our truck wraps and lighted signs. They have done 23 stores and almost 50 trucks and have been easy to work with.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They were actually referred to me by my painter, so I'm surprised how unprofessional and horrible my experience was with them.The plan was for a male employee to take my ideas for two vinyl designs and create a graphic design that they would print out and install. He came over to the site, took measurements and pictures, and advised me to email my design drafts. I did that, and he only responded when I emailed him changes to my designs. He told me that he would need to send me a quote before we could begin designing. Fine. Another few days passed. I had to email him for the quote which he assured me he would send the next day. Instead of the quote, he sent me design proofs that were horrible, and did not reflect even the color scheme that I wanted. When I told him this (via email) and asked for the quote, he responded that we would need to finalize the design for an accurate quote. (Which makes sense, but he was the one who suggested on sending a quote even before we could begin designing.) This went on for almost three weeks, and I was getting frustrated with the delay as I had originally expected for us to complete the design and do the installment within a week because I had scaffolding on loan for the install. When I emailed him asking if we could set up a time to do the design in one sitting, so I can get a quote and move on with the project, want to know how long it took him to get back to me? The email was sent on Oct. 15th; it is Nov 4th, and I never heard back. Now, I am looking for another company after wasting weeks communicating with this guy.LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!

Want to give a big thank you to Jamie and all the staff at vital signs and graphics in cohoes! Had them do a sign and window lettering for my appliance business in cohoes and could not be happier! Excellent customer service, very fair pricing and the quality of work is amazing! They came up with the coloring and logo and I’m glad I gave them the reins. Thanks again highly recommended!
