Tom managed to come and save the day. U-Haul was no help, but Tom was a true hero and genuinely nice and helpful.Spent over 30 minutes trying to get access to a U-Haul van and was ultimately unsuccessful.Had to call U-Haul and spend 20 minutes on the phone. The lockbox that supposedly contained my key was not possible to open with the code provided by the U-Haul representative. All the other lockboxes we tried, at the representative's direction, were empty.Side door of the van is seriously damaged and the handle is completely missing.I realize that most of this may not be the fault of T&T, but this has been a tremendous waste of time. Even if everything had gone smoothly with the pickup, the van is damaged.

The guy who runs this storage facility is very helpful and friendly. Storage rooms are decently priced, and can be rented through him or through u-haul online. Good service, especially for college students who need a storage spot for over the summer. Each room is very tall, and can probably for two students if you have someone to share with. Easy to unload and load your vehicle and provides carts to move your stuff to the room. Definitely recommend!

We are moving across the states with the covid19 situation everything is a bit more challenging our reservations got mixed up rescheduled 5x but, Tom a guy that works @ T&T was very patient, kind & the only 1 out of all Uhual "representatives" I spoke to or dealt with personally that kept in touch reached out with his personal # made sure to keep updating my reservation time slot so my truck was not rented to someone else like 3 trucks before. So thank you Tom we really appreciated all your help.
