This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees are high on drugs to the point they are falling asleep at the counter; talking on their phone and not acknowledging customers, the store is ALWAYS a mess, etc. The real issue was today when the male cashier (no one wears uniforms or name tags) with the hat coming outside to SCREAM at another employee who had stopped by (in her pajamas, behind the counter). It was so frightening that I contemplated calling the police out of fear. I would rather drive out of my way to visit another gas station than ever spend my money here again. Gross, despicable, unacceptable behavior.

They never have hot food available at our 10am break time. Why advertise hot food when it isn't available 7 out of 10 visits!! Meanwhile you see workers stocking shelves instead of making sure hot food is available for customers

Screaming crying throwing up! speed way how could you do this to me I wanted a 3am snack so bad :( and not a single soul was in the store and the doors were locked, I’m so upset speedway. I was so hungry I thought we had something I guess not. It’s whatever I love you speed way I’m sorry it had to be this way please just talk to me ?.

This would be one too the worst places to work people are very unprofessional and the managers are never there for you to get a hold of and no one is promptly on time for work . This business is tan very poor and need new management

So let me star off by saying I don’t leave reviews but I just had to! So I went in late and got a few snacks and this woman named courtney was so RUDE and smelled like FISH. Not only was she judging me on all the snacks I got but there was ROACHS crawling outside. 2/10 wouldn’t come unless you want the smell of fish in your nose!!

Gas station keeps playing annoying ads at me while I fuel. The placement of the different octane dispensers is non-standard in a bid to try to get drivers to accidentally select more expensive grade than they need. And they have removed the automatic stop from the dispenser so you have to hold it the whole time or jam it open with something.

No. I asked out an employee at Speedway. She said she was single. She showed me ON VIDEO at the cash register that she had no wedding ring! She flirted with me 3 times. So my fiance told me to bring her a note. We paid an employee $10 to make sure that she got it. The PRUDE manager called me a liar and crazy. Said V would NEVER get the note. She then called the Police. My 50 year old disabled fiance who cannot have sex for monthssssss because of torn rib cartilage was forced to stand outside in the cold. Thsnk you manager. We were both told we are no longer allowed in Speedway EVER again!?! My fiance hasn't stepped inside 1 in almost 4 years. I myself used to spend at least $400 a month there at this 1. Being directly across the street. Now we will ALL have to shop and fill both of our cars with gas somewhere else. I'm sure Speedway will have an answer for our attorney soon as to why we were thrown off the property without ever speaking to the employee we wanted to buy flowers for? Or defending ourselves against the harassing manager! Look forward to suing you soon! Have a safe day. Stay warm. It is cold outside. Hopefully Kate does not get pneumonia. She's sick (only 97 pounds) and hadn't stepped foot outside in a FULL week. Thank you 4 getting her out. Having to explain she actually existed to the Cohoes Police was not how she wanted it but she made it. Thank you.

Does not have fresh brewed iced tea, the primary reason I go to Speedway. If this changes in the future, I'm happy to revise my review, but stopping here was a waste of time.
