I observed one of their employees at 80 miles an hour try to run a ELDERLY woman off the road on the I 90 yesterday. I have never seen such an aggressive driver drive towards another car to run this poor lady off the highway at such speed. He almost cost me and others to drive off the road. What a Horrible aggressive man with a MEAN MEAN aggressive streak! I am reporting them to the DOT!

Mike and his team are great! He even gave a tour of the facility. They are equipped for anything! CNC machines. Huge printers, they are well equipped and do quality work. Just look at our the new vehicles in our fleet.

So I just ordered a simple sign back in June. I didn’t have it installed until Just before holloween even though the sign was paid in full upfront and I was told it would take only 1 month. I worked with Mike and he was pleasant to talk with but ultimately the business is kind of flaky. I was told one price upfront and by the time the entire sign was finished I ended up paying a lot more than what I was told. Installation of the sign was not included in the price and after paying the surprise fee they come and install the sign and DIDNT EVEN TURN IT ON ????????♀️ Then when I notify them that my sign hasn’t been switched on I am called a liar and that “if his team said they did it then he believes them”! Meanwhile here it is January, it’s dark by 5 and I still have an unlit sign on the front of my new salon that I paid good money for because his team doesn’t have time to simply come switch it on! I have been more than pleasant through this whole show only to be ignored. When I told them I would pay someone else to turn it on I was told that is not called for and STILL NO LIT SIGN! Awful and horrible. Thanks for a headache and dark sign and a lot of embarrassing comments from my customers about not being visible. ✌???? Save time and money and go elsewhere ❤️

I totally disagree with the previous review. This exact same thing happened to me, but I was told it was the file that i had provided them. When I supplied the correct type of file, the sign came out beautifully and there was no extra.I have worked with Sign Studio over 10 years. Because the nature of my business is somewhat "last minute" I am always anxious about getting my signs on time. Never have they been late. In fact, if timing is really short, they will run them to me and I am not close by at all. My timing happens to be in the spring when they are busy with lots of baseball signs and they still manage to get my proof and finished product to me in time. They are consistently a pleasure to work with.
