Very, very dim lighting. I was always afraid to go in at night but that was the only time I had. Mice in everything and rain got in. They said they fixed the roof but it still leaked.

They are nasty in this location. Mice were all over my stuff. And they still tried to charge me whe I told them i can prove it with pictures and I still had to pay. I had not one ounce of food. And some of the droppings were bugger than mice

Friendly staff good price. When I first went to prime I accidentally went to the wrong one and the team members were able to help me out to get to the right location. Both locations have amazing customer service

I just worked with Darla at the Cohoes facility, and she was fantastic. She insured that the storage unit was the correct size for what I needed, and then processed the rental agreement in an expeditious manner. This is the second rental experience at a second location with Prime Storage, and I have been well satisfied both times. Thank you!

Prime Storage sold me a spot for our RV that is inaccessible. Anyone who has pulled a trailer would know that it is impossible to navigate a trailer in or out of there without a tractor. I've called twice for a refund and have not received a return call nor refund. I would not do business them next time I need storage.
