First time renting a storage unit, all went well. People were very professional and friendly. No problems. I referred another person there and he rented three of them.

Prime Storage sold me a spot for our RV that is inaccessible. Anyone who has pulled a trailer would know that it is impossible to navigate a trailer in or out of there without a tractor. I've called twice for a refund and have not received a return call nor refund. I would not do business them next time I need storage.
