“While there to get an oil change and annual inspection, I witnessed an interaction with an incredibly rude customer and staff handled it beautifully. The manager stepped in to take over for an employee that was being rudely spoken to, neither employee escalated the situation, and they simply gave the person what they needed and remained professional and polite. The entire waiting room agreed that it was a ridiculous way to behave, and that the staff was amazing! So impressed by the customer service and highly recommend.”
