I had problems as soon as we drove it off the lot. Was fixed 2 times and now the engine has issues. Thankfully it’s an easy fix. Can’t wait to trade this car in as soon as I can.

They sold me a car and less then thirty days they check engine light came on
Take it to them they say they don’t service cars use your extended warranty then refer you to one of his man in Troy knowing you can use anyone that extended warranty says
Yeah do not go there they hanging and it reported them to DMB

Over 2 years ago me and my father went to Latham auto sales and we met Michaela who was truly amazing and kind of enough to finance me a vehicle at 19 years old and make monthly payments to her business I’m very happy to say that I am all done with the payments and I now own an amazing truck that runs and drives amazing still! I also have had multiple family members get cars from them as well so I just wanna say thank you to Michaela & Fred and their family for treating me and my family as if we were their own and I 110% recommend purchasing a vehicle from Lathem auto sales thank you an god bless!

Plz plz plz plz plz don't go here, THEY WILL approve you but it will NEVR BE WORTH IT. I FINANCED A 2012 RANG ROVER A WEEK LATER THE CAR THE LIGHTS CAME ON, TOOK IT TO GET AN INSPECTION FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, REPORT CAME BACK, THE ENTIRE BRK LINE, UNDER CARRAGE WAS COMPLETELY CORRODED!! REFUSED TO MAKE THE FIRST CAR PAYMENT UNTIL THEY FIXED IT. MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR A MONTH IN A HALF. WAS CALLED TO COME PICK THE CAR, PICK THE CAR UP THE NEXT DAY, THT NEXT DAY A REPO COMPANY REPOSSESSED IT. THIS WAS IN DECEMBER I CALLED ABOUT 2 WEEKS ABOUT TO REDEEM MY CAR FOUND OUT THE CAR WAS SOLD AT AN AUCTION. THEN I FIND OUT THT LATHAM AUTO REPURCHASE THE CAR AND IS BACK ON THERE LOT FOR 12,000. MIND YOU I TRADED A CAR AS WELL. THESE PPL ARE EVIL. I GAVE THEM 6,000 PLUS A TRADE. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE MONEY I SPENT ON UBERS WHILE MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP. THE CAR WOULD JUST SHUT DOWN WHILE I WAS DRIVING. THEY DONT CARE THEY PUT MY KIDS AND MY LIFE IN TOTAL DANGER. KARMA IS REAL. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH. BUT I HAVE LEARNED A LOT. PLZ AVOID THIS PLACE.

DON'T go here ! My husband got a truck drove it for a week . Didn't even make the 1st payment and broke down ! Called them and they said the warranty don't cover it! They put parts from a junk yard in there vehicles ,just to get them off the lot ! Now we have to pay 3,500 $ to get it fixed ! This is the worst place to get a vehicle! Don't go here or you'll get screwed like we did !

Never use their services if you ever want an actual answer from them. They never answer. They also give out false information, fake emails, refuse to help in any possible way. Steer clear from them if possible.

Never again !!!!! I purchased a car not even 3 weeks ago, a now there’s been major Problems with this car ! I’ve had to pay out my pocket to get a jump because of bad battery! The car needs new tires, new brakes, Ac doesn’t work, now transmission is blown ! $7000 on a piece of junk ! I hope this place gets shut down !!!
