Pharmacy of the worst kind ever. They're really rude and impatient. When I called to get my mom's prescription, they blatantly told me they couldn't help, but she could come get it over the counter. My Mom takes B12, but only in a certain amount that isn't available over-the-counter. For that reason, her physician provides a prescription. She has been getting these pills filled for over 4 years with no problem. Due to illness, my mother is on five different drugs, so even a small overdose might cause problems. I said that I didn't want her to go to the store and pick up the wrong prescription because she doesn't know English. Avoid this drugstore, or at the very least, avoid Marie, the pharmacy manager. This is the worst insult I have ever received over the phone. When I confided in them about my worry that my mother purchasing the incorrect medication over the counter. Since she can't read, the pharmacist Marie laughed over the phone and suggested “I guess we could help with that” in a very insulting way. It surprises me that this drugstore has never been sued. All I could think about were the elderly customers of this pharmacy who deal with this kind of behavior and are at a loss for what to do. CVS, you could perform better. Reevaluate the employees at your drugstore. The store manager, Rob, took down my complaint, listened to what I had to say, and underlined my concerns. They need more people like Rob the store manager to run this place. Thank you Rob! I don’t trust pharmacist like Marie to fill my moms prescription! We will be switching pharmacy for now on

The pharmacy staff are rude & impatient. They cut you off when on the phone and raise their voice at you! The customer service here is beyond pathetic.

So, this pharmacy has the uncanny knack of filling meds you do not need (at that time), but heaven forbid you want one you need. They give you all the excuses in the world why you cannot have it right then.
I started bringing in a list with me of meds I need at the particular time (I take a total of 9, plus 2 creams, and 2 diabetic supplies). This last time was the worst. I drive up to the window and when I am greeted by (Gemma?) I mention that I need A, B, and C, and only those 3 meds please. She then proceeds to say; "What about D"? -- No active listening on her part. So, I repeat myself; " A,B, and C only please". She says again one more time;" You don't need D?". I tell her no, just the 3 I asked for. and then she quiet talks to me and when I mention I cannot hear her, she lowers her voice even more. VERY frustrating. So I leave the drive-thru and go inside. Then I try to talk to the pharmacist. Big Mistake - Super Attitude Problem. Overtalks you, berates you, yells at you, snarky, very condescending. How she ever got in a field that interacts with customers is beyond me. Maybe CVS doesn't care who they hire.
So, when all is said and done with her, I get 2 out of 3 of the meds I needed and was rudely and sarcastically told that my insurance doesn't cover the 3rd one any more and that I should go elsewhere to find it.
The pharmacist and pharmacy staff need to be seriously retrained on customer service. Otherwise, CVS Corporate needs to close this location. The more I type here and the more I think about it, Walgreens may just be the better choice, even if it is 5-10 more minutes up the road).

I had no choice but to switch pharmacies. The way the pharmacist talked to me last time was obnoxious and disrespectful. The way she yelled at an elderly man for not having an up to date aarp card a month previous to my instance with her should have been my cue to switch. I would be embarrassed having someone like her representing my company in any capacity. Report her to corporate.

Awful pharmacy department, asked the pharmacist if a certain med contained a compound I cannot have due to having epilepsy and was told “NO WHY DO YOU THINK IT CONTAINS THAT?” I will be switching locations as this is the worst service I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the pharmacist. Was told that the medication refilled on 1/27 couldnt be refilled until the 30th day. then ARGUED with me because THERE ARE 31 DAYS IN JANUARY so 2/27 is the 31ST DAY. So my son has to wait an additional day for his MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATION that has to be taken at the same time every day, because their 12 year old idiot that they hire to answer the phone in the pharmacy CANT READ A CALENDAR.

No issues with the pharmacy. However, everything, and I mean everything, that I have purchased there otherwise ends up being expired. Need a covid test? Yeah, theirs are expired. Soup? Expired? Popcorn? Expired. Cookies? Expired.

Do I come here for the occasional general-store need? Yes.Does this location have self-check out? Yes!! (Big win over the local Walgreens which is much nicer inside though). Is the interior or parking lot nice? Not particularly.Does it usually take me 20 minutes to either find or not find what I’m looking for and thought would take 20 seconds? Yes!Have I gotten the flu shot and COVID vaccines here without issue? Yes!

Unwilling to be helpful or transfer a prescription from another CVS to their store. Rude on the phone. I recommend Walgreens.
