Really great family owned business. The owner is kind, and courteous. They really do care about your pups. I seldom hand over my dog to anyone, because she is big and gets a little anxious - but she always returns looking clean and happy! I also love that they take the pup for the entire day.

I've been taking my cocker spaniel here since she was puppy. The staff at Animal House treat the dogs that come here like family and Molly, a very anxious and timid dog, runs right in to greet the staff every time she gets groomed (she doesn't even care when I leave)! I get compliments on her grooming and coat all the time. Thank you for taking such good care of my favorite girl!!!

Chiloe and her staff provide top grade service. Our dogs always looked show case ready and enjoyed their play time there. Very experienced and professional. Chiloe gets to know your pet so well and will alert you to any concerns she may come across after grooming. She was the first person to notice and report to us that our Cairn Terrier Milo, had a small lump behind his leg. Unfortunately it lead to a lymphoma diagnosis. But we were grateful for her observations and we were able to get Milo to the Vet the very next day.

We first brought our cat here for grooming and nail trim, they did amazing!! Why the one star now? We wanted to bring our cat back for a nail trim so called to make an appointment. Nobody answered the phone which is understandable, they are working on other pets. Their machine said to leave a message and they would get back to us. We did just that. We waited two days and heard nothing from them. We called back, same thing, leave a message and we will get back to you. We left another message with all the necessary information. It has now been two weeks and they never bothered to return our call. We made an appointment with our vet for the nail trim. Since our vet was the one who recommended Animal Hospital we thought it was only right to let them know the type of groomer they are putting their name behind. They were grateful we let them know. Please don't reply with the "short staffed" excuse everyone is using. It takes no time to return a simple phone call.

Love this place! I'm a new customer and they really know their stuff. My bichon was always getting skin rashes and cuts after going to another groomer but after Animal House my Kiki was perfectly content and zero skin issues . Thank you ladies!

We love the Animal House Grooming. Chiloe and her team take the absolute best care of our dogs. We have a Standard Poodle named Mayzie and a Cockapoo named Micah . The dogs have been going to Chiloe for almost 10 years. They love going there, Micah has a hugh crush on Chiloe. We just had the dogs groomed this week, they came home looking beautiful with matching bows (Mayzie) and bow tie (Micah). Thanks to Chiloe and her team for being so good to our dogs.

We can't say enough THANK YOU for the owner and her team for taking excellent care of him!! For the past 7 years I've entrusted you and your staff with my fur baby grooming and you all have exceeded my expectation. The owner and her staff are very caring and trustful people. As my little man has gotten older, of course his care has had to also change and the staff here accommodate for that. Thank you again to everyone for the awesome grooming and caring!

Absolutely wonderful place with knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. They are very accommodating with owners & their pets. Chiloe is amazing with each animal and is also very knowledgeable when it comes to handstripping terrier breeds, which is hard to find a groomer that knows how to do it properly! She makes sure that she and her staff stay up to date regarding changes in the industry, such as AKC standards for breed specific grooming. I will always bring my animals to The Animal House when they require grooming.

The staff is always super friendly...I am always very forgetful when it comes to nail clippings for my dog, but they always get me in either that day or the next day after when I call. My experience with them has always been fantastic and my dog is very comfortable there!
