One of the most scariest things I ever had to do is going to a dealership to buy a car. But Thanks to Ken and his son Gianni, today I was able to drive the car of my dreams out the lot. Their knowledge of their inventory, allowed me to feel comfortable and make the right decision of the vehicle that fit me and my family. I didn't feel pressure or forced to buy from him. I highly recommend that you are looking for high-end reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend going to AGL AUTO. Tell them Elizabeth and Ebel sent you :)

Met Ken here bout a week ago and have to say him and his family are amazing kind hearted out going chill ? didn't think I was going to get a car but I tell you what I did and so glad I did they are very honest outgoing people and would highly recommend him ! Very amazing people here! I drove over an hour to buy my car here so !! That's says something... will help and do what they can to help you out!!! will be in the future buying my next car from here ?? check em out ..

I feel fortunate that I found AGL Auto Exports. I was only starting to look for a vehicle and thought it would take months to come across my ideal car and price, when I came across an ad for a car at their dealership. I went to there for the usual test drive, etc and found Ken and Gianni to be real easy to work with, knowledgeable and informative. I ended up making a sale and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the sale experience. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Wow! Ken absolutely blew me away with his kindness, patience, and honesty. It's been years since I bought a new car, and I was a bit worried to go through the process. I found a car I loved at AGL and Ken was very prompt in his response. He was NOT pushy at all. Just very friendly and honest. My orginal financing plans fell through and I assumed Ken would sell the car to the next person in line. However, he was completely empathetic and gave me space to figure out a plan B with financing. Luckily my next financing option worked and we could move forward with the sale. I went to go pick up the car and met one of Ken's sons who was just as nice and welcoming. He helped set up my Bluetooth and other electronics. The car was in stunning condition, and he replaced the brakes and tires. It looks brand new! Of course I hope this car lasts forever, but if I ever need to purchase a new car again I will 100% check with Ken 1st. Thank you, Ken and family!

I purchased my first bmw last week from agl, Ken is a great guy to work with! I called him on Monday and asked if we could have all the paperwork done by Friday as my father had a appointment in Albany and we would be coming from 3 hrs away. Almost had a few snags along the way but ken was able to make it happen. Thank you again.

We highly recommend AGL Auto to anyone buying a car. Ken and Gianni made the car buying process a very pleasurable experience. They were personable, friendly, informative, helpful and honest. We found our dream car with bells and whistles. Gianni was very knowledgeable and provided useful information about the car. We also have a ‘shout out’ to the technician (is his name Mack?) who was also very helpful. In addition to conducting business, we enjoyed great conversation with Ken about sports and family. We’re enjoying our car, and would definitely conduct business again with Ken.
