I had a problem with my power steering. I took my car and had it fixed in an hours time. The problem turned out to be not as serious as first thought. Great mechanic, and I'm very thankful he was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs car repairs.

Service department is shady, unresponsive, and useless. Had my car for 6 full months, barely ever giving updates, sometimes even when I would reach out, and car still isn’t fixed.“Maybe a new engine would work?” (um, you want to charge me another $3500 for a maybe? After either ignoring the car or not having the knowledge and skill to fix it for 6 months?)“I’ll deliver it this weekend if you really want it back now.” (Weekend is now past, 2 messages written to business owner but not responded to).If you don’t know how to fix it, own up to it so I can find someone who does. If you do know, it shouldn’t take 6 months.
