We waited 1.5 hrs just to get something notorized and ended up getting kicked out because "they were closing and didn't have time to help us" . SERIOUSLY?! There was only 1 customer in the building. Totally unacceptable......

I have to say, I don't usually use this branch, but they were all so nice and friendly, that I may start. Interest rates and everything don't really mean that much to me, if I don't see a friendly face and a smile when I walk in. Kudos ladies !! I may make you my new branch. I appreciate your time and good conversation today!

Where to even start with this bank? Their savings and investment rates are awful. Their atm fees are wild. Their international service is so bad that even if you tell them your going away, they still lock your account the first time you charge from overseas on vacation. Happened three years in a row! Their customer service IN the bank is great, but they never have the power to fix anything other than "calling the main office". Which leaves you on the phone or in the lobby for hours.And their online system is atrocious! This is 2022. How is your online system so bad? It looks like it was coded by a freshman in a CS100 class in the 90s. Want to deposit checks online? Try the mobile app. Go ahead, just try it. Lol. Want to open investment accounts online? Nope. Chat support for when you don't have time to sit on the phone in the middle of your day? Not yet. Oh and prepare to have your account locked out every few months. Gotta change your password because you typed it wrong. But you can't change it to the same thing you typed, because that's your "Current Password". You mean the one I just used that locked me out? Oh well, guess it's time to sit on the phone for another hour with customer service.Been using this bank as a way to transfer cash to my main bank for years. Now even that has become too much of a hassle. Done with it. Get with the times or get out of the way. It's not like your handling million dollar accounts in Cobleskill.

Manager has the worst customer service skills. The leader is suppose to know what is happening and take care of the customers when the employees are out. This lady never takes my calls, very discouraging as a customer!
