Hate giving a bad review, but.......Eagle Towing do not use. SUV needed towing. Waited just under 5 hours! Only 30 minutes away? Just never showed up? Horrific!!! If it was winter and a minus 8 degrees below freezing here in the Catskill Mountains, this tow service would be recovering my frozen dead body!!!

My insurance company said Eagle Towing was coming to get my car today at 12:30 pm, they still hadn't showed at 1pm so I called dispatch to find out what was going on the woman said they had nothing from my insurance company. I then called my insurance company again and they put me on hold, when they came back onto the phone they said Eagle Towing would be picking up my car in two hours and asked if that was okay, I said of course, this means Eagle should have been here at 3pm. It is now 5:22pm and still no tow!!! ?

Was told $125 cash on phone otherwise more on card paid cash driver tried asking for $135 I didn’t have that cash college student, and then he backed my car up the truck which had 2 blown out tires and scraped the whole front end along the ground going up the ramp then stepped out and told me “I knew that was going to happen” very unprofessional!Service: Car towing

Definately great company! They went above and beyond a normal towing company! The driver was willing to sit and wait while his wife went for parts. And when that didn't work, she drove our kids to the hotel since we couldn't all fit in the tow truck. Then ran my husband around for parts the next day.Highly reccomend!
