Two drive through lanes for pharmacy pickup, only one works. Maybe they ought to employ some signage warning optimists like me to get in line for the one that is functional. Nope. It's easier to annoy a customer than to mitigate the problem. I reckon no one is trained for traffic pylon deployment. They're also a UPS agent but getting a receipt for the parcel I dropped off was a major challenge. Three indifferent employees and ten minutes later; I had a digital receipt. I don't recommend this business.

I’ve had all my prescriptions transferred to CVS in cobleskill once WalGreens closed across the street. Every once in awhile I had an issue with getting a prescription filled as “they would say” they would call my Doctor with a question and they don’t call back or answer them. I would also be told the medication is on order the day I need the prescription filled so they wouldn’t have ready and I’m out!!My biggest complaint came this week. My doctor sent a monthly prescription on Tuesday and I received an automatic text that the prescription couldn’t be filled, I called and was told it was to early and they would have it on Thursday. Thursday came and I received an automatic text that the prescription was on order. Remind you I called and was told it would be filled Thursday. Friday mid afternoon I received a call from CVS, answered the call and no one there. Never called back. I Called and was told by a female pharmacist that she has been trying to get in touch with my doctor for over a week and have half due to the fact that I’m on another medication and she didn’t feel comfortable filling my prescription. She also told me I didn’t answer when she called, I did. She was very rude! I called my doctors office who had no record of anyone from CVS calling to speak about my prescription. (They write down every call they receive in your record) Remember she told me she has been trying to call for a week and a half and CVS received the prescription only 3 days before, not weeks. My doctor called CVS. She told the pharmacist my prescription is fine and there should be no issues. She had the gulls to ask my doctor why am I taking the medication? That’s a violation of HIPA Law and she should know better than ask that. I have been on the same medications for the last year and a half and they were filled by the same CVS in April. I see all my doctors, every 3-6 months and follow my doctors orders and directions on all meds. I also have authorization from my insurance company. I don’t understand why a pharmacist is questioning a doctor who prescribed a medication, they are not a doctor. Some medications are required and they need to fill what people are prescribed and not question WHY they are taking it. It is none of their business. I could see their concern if prescriptions are sent by different doctors and from all over but mine are not.Be aware Very rude pharmacist at this location!!!

I have been waiting an hour to reprint pictures because there is only ONE of the photo kiosks is working. The couple copying n reprinting pictures are technology challenged . If I had known this was going to be the case I would have left a long time ago.

Awful service at Pharmacy. Not my normalPharmacy, but used because my usual did not have a prescription in stock and it went smoothly the first time, so I figured maybe I would stay with them. Second time the prescriptions increased in price $75 and when inquired why, the woman whom I was directed to speak to was obviously irritated that I was bothering her with such ridiculous questions. Very rude and refused to answer any questions. I finally just left, had the prescription moved to another pharmacy that took 3 minutes to look up my info and answer my questions. I am not sure why it takes too much effort to be cordial and take a few minutes to help a customer, but clearly at this CVS it is.

I was waiting to go through the drive thru to pick a prescription up for my husband. I had 7 cars behind me and a car in front of me at the window. I arrived @ 6:12 and i suddenly started to have chest pains. I could not pull out because of the poles (not sure what their actual name is) had me locked in. I starteed having a panic attack because the car in front of me was literally at the window for 34 minutes. I was sweating and crying. I called my husband but really couldn't speak. When I finally moved to window I was was yelled for a bottle of water. I wasn't yelling out of anger it was out of pain and anxiety. I just desperately needed water. The lady at the pharmacy window and who I assume to be the manager started screaming at me. When I had the water and calmed down I tried to apologize and explain. Although I think anyone could tell I was in distress, the woman at the window snarled at me slamming my husbands prescription and if it not been for the window I think she would have thrown the bag at me. Very immature group at this pharmacy.

Went into this cvs to drop off Amazon return since it was an “Access Point” and was treated very rudely by a guy named Mike. I asked to see the manager to complain about his lousy attitude and response and he said that he was the manager. Hence this review…

Feel free to go here if you’d like to spend 4 hours waiting in the parking lot because the pharmacist can’t verify insurance or look up phone numbers and apparently has never heard of Blue Cross Blue Shield. Eventually we had the prescription sent to another pharmacy which filled it immediately.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The pharmacist refused to give me prescribed COVID medication because I guess he didn't know what an HSA is. (He refused my completely ordinary insurance card because it said that I was enrolled in an HSA). My wife was trying to pick up my prescribed medication for over 3 hours. He was extraordinarily difficult to work with and he was rude. And now I don't have medicine to treat COVID because he is incompetent. The problem is not only with this particular pharmacist. The larger system within cvs seems broken also. The pharmacist explained that he couldn't look anything up because he doesn't have access to the internet.

New to pharmacy. The staff in the front & in the pharmacy have been extremely patient and helpful. The phone number navigation options need to be updated. There must be more options for hours, COVID or flu shot information choices. Not everyone needs information for any or all. It is inefficient for everyone, staff and customers, the way it is set up currently!
