My husband and I went to the store today to upgrade my dad's phone and my parents wanted to split and get their own plan. Glenn told us that it would cost them over $300 a month for two phones and our bill would go up to over $600 a month for three phones...without even looking at our account. So my parents stayed on our plan and we just upgraded my dad's phone. It was like he didn't want to do the work to split the plans. Then when the other employee showed up to the store for work, he was swearing in front of our 8 year old daughter. I wish I got his name because he was VERY unprofessional, talking about burning down the store or driving his car through the window. Saying how he wants a customer to come in irate because he's waiting to go off on someone. These are people we have never met before. They also tried telling us that my dad's phone was too old to connect to wifi, which is a complete lie. He didn't help them set up his iPhone, he just made sure it turned on and handed the phone over. Nothing transfered. No apple info set up, nothing. It was not an enjoyable experience at all and we will be taking over business to another at&t store.

I was told that with two phones my bill would be $100 plus tax if I got AARP and did an automatic payment process which I did. My bill has not been anywhere near $100 and the only way for me to get it a little lower than it is right now is to give them my debit card number so they can take it out of my bank account automatically. They write the number down of what your bill is going to be on a piece of paper, but they can’t show you that number in print. So when they tell you your initial bill is going to be high because of the prorated days and fees and the activation fees, I’ve already spent well over $400 and I haven’t had these phones for two months so it’s very frustrating. When I went in there to get some clarification, 2 other employees said ”your phone bill is not going to be anywhere near what you were told. I don’t know where they came up with those numbers. Those prices don’t exist. We’re very sorry. I don’t know why somebody told you that.” The people that told me that were Vinny and Noah. They also told me that I would get full credit for my trade-in phone, and I was charged $130 for my new phone because it didn’t satisfy their requirements, once they received it, and it’s not going to get a full credit. Now I’m stuck with this big huge bill every month because they lied to me!!

My Frontier internet went Again. Tried getting my hotspot on my phone to work. It didn’t. I work from home so Internet is Essential. I called several stores in the area for a home hotspot the only one that had it in stock was Cobleskill. I drove an hour. The men were Very helpful and nice. Set it up so all i had to do was sign in to my devices. Also got my hotspot on my phone working again! Very Happy with this store

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I think I should warn others that try to get help from this store. I came in last week to get my phone bill figured out. I was told the month prior how much it would end up costing. It was over $100 more. The manager that's there is absolutely useless. He spent his whole time hiding in the back. He refused to come and help the staff that was asking him for help. He said it wasn't his problem, and he didn't care, then went to the back and closed the door. I can't believe they have a manager who is so very rude. After this experience, I have been recommending people not go to this store, and I advise anyone who reads this to go to a different one as well.

Employees were on their phones and didn’t greet me when I walked in. I asked about getting a prepaid SIM card for a hotspot, and they said they “couldn’t” sell me one of their SIM cards. Instead of troubleshooting, offering to help find another option, or helping in any way, they said we could try our best at Walmart, and sent us out of the store with a shrug. I tried calling ATT customer service for help, but the operator hung up on me after getting my information and never called back. There’s no chance I use ATT at all, and this store has terrible customer service.

Recently when we visited the store we had a very positive experience with Noah . Finally someone who is eager to help us figure out a solution for an issue we are having with Internet . He was professional and knowledgeable and eager to find out what our options are. I hope Noah is there if I need him again .

Had issues for 2 years store says they just sell att and can't do anything. Service is horrible. I have a business account and was the worst idea. Stay away. Verizon is right down the road even more money is worth it or spectrum $35 no contract. Trust me you will have issues and they will do nothing.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Three trips to the store with a SIM card that doesn't work, they came up with no way to assist me. Followed their instructions, driving back and forth dealing with Customer Service, apps and websites and still nothing, minimum wage is too much. Taking my account and company accounts elsewhere. I am sure my team of 25 will be fine with the competition

My experience with att supports in Cobleskill my have been horrible to say the least. I traded in my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14 for zero dollars. My trouble began when I didn’t recall my Apple ID password. Now a month later I still do not have recovery of my apple password from my old phone. I have been to the att store 5 times in 4 weeks. Turns out each time I was there they restarted the recovery process, further delaying the transfer of all my information from one phone to the other. They refuse to take the old phone and I’m going to be stuck with the full purchase price of the new phone because they won’t take my trade in.

Blakley in the cobleskill At&t helped within seconds of getting there. She was super friendly and so helpful. She didnt push any further sales just assisted in what I actually needed (which is very much a relief when I said once I didnt want to upgrade people can be very pushy and uncomfortable) she was not. I had 2 kids with me who were loud and a bit wild and she didnt budge or seem to be annoyed one bit . That as a mother means so much. So I appreciate all her help !
