They don’t care about your financial privacy, I brought it to their attention that one of their employees broke privacy laws and confidentiality laws and shared my information with an outside source that had no reason to know. They did nothing! Didn’t discharge the employee, offered me no sort of assurance it would not happen again or any sort of compensation, be careful who you trust your financial information to!

Have been trying to get a lien release for two days now and haven't received any update. I was promised this was an easy and fast request. I keep calling to check on the status of my request and keep getting transferred to individuals who don't follow through. Poor communication on their end internally as well.

The new system is terrible. I finally got some help after 3 weeks and was told that they couldn't help me, but the only person who can doesn't work Saturdays. It sounds like you only get help Monday through Friday. Unfortunately I have to work then and cannot access my account online. I have been banking here since the branch opened in Cherry Creek. It's a shame that I have to find a new bank with customer service that can actually help.

I have been trying to check into my new home banking account for over an hour. The new system is not working. This frustration started by following the instructions to use a zero followed by my member number. It did not work. I called 665-7000 and waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. This person told me that because my member number was only four digits, I needed to enter two zeros then my member number. Why wasn't this mentioned in the instructions? Next, I went through the procedure to update my account. When I tried to enter my new member ID, the system froze. I reconnected to the website, typed my member ID and now I get a message that the system is down for maintenance and to try again later. I tried to call the Credit Union again and I heard a message saying that I was number 12 on the cue. Really?
