Fantastic company. We stopped at our camp today in Garland and someone had tipped over our propane tank and taken the hose. We drove over to the company and showed them the pictures. They were able to fix everything for us. Thank you again

Thank you, Lictus for coming to my rescue! Just bought this house out of an estate sale and arrived to find it was left without a drop of propane! Called lictus and they went out of their way get here in the snow to make sure I had heat for the night. Dan was extremely friendly and I can't thank him enough!

Nice people, but you cant fill your tank up all the way. It stops my debit card at 20 gal. It is a waste of my time to just get 3/4 of a tank of fuel. I sometimes put 200-300 miles per day on my truck so I need it filled all the way up. Plus, I inquired about it once before and the fellow told me it was because Visa wouldnt allow it, but I can go anywhere else and get a full tank with the same card. Today the lady i side said it was the way there system was set up. So why would you limit the amount of a product you are selling? I dont know. I probably wont be back.

I was charged extra because they had to stop by to fill my Propane tank on a day they did not plan on. Extra charge 81.00 oh and I live 1.3Miles away from the business that I was not informed about first and were going to charge me another 150.00 also because the tank became low. Owner told me he would take off the 150. Plus tax because I explained the driver was here 5min. Owner told me that if I didn’t pay the 81.00 he would just come take my tanks and send the money back. Very Rude staff will be making changes for Propane supply providers in the near future.

If you call and someone tells you that Alex will call you back, start looking for another propane dealer. I tried for 3 weeks to get information on a ventless propane heater and 100-pound tank and my attempts to get a call-back failed repeatedly.
